Pikkulompola is one of the easiest accessible poolsin zone 3. Pikkulompola is the pool directly downstream of the suspension bridge, past our small cabin and down to the rapids.

Regular "summer water level" is the best for Pikkulompola, and the pool is fishing well from both banks. Start at the top, and fish your way down - it will be rather self explanatory, judging on the water level. The pool has a lot of big boulder, and they are usually very slippery, so wading is a real challenge, especially from the west bank. Pikkulompola is also a good place for sea trout.
