The parasite Gyrodactylus salaris is one of the bigest threats to Norwegian Salomn Rivers. 50 rivers have been infected but due to an extensive eradiction program, the numbers now are only seven.

To avoid spreading of the parasite a mandatory disinfection of your fishing equipment is required.
