Lompolanniska is the tail of the lake-like pool forming below Kobbefossen and Väliniva (Flat Rock). Lompolanniska is fished from both banks, but you cover a bigger area fishing it from the west side. At higher water, Lompolanniska is fished best higher, while at lower water, the fish tend to sink lower towards the tail. 

Lompolanniska is also a good place for sea-trout, especially when the nights get darker into August.
