Langstryket consists of long and steady current, making it a little tricky to read. Hwever, there are several boulders and indentations on the river bottom, giving the salmon plenty of space to rest. 

Langstryket is fished just as well from both banks. It's know to fish better at higher, rather than lower water, but there's certainly exceptions to this rule. Boulders and algae covers to river bed, so exercise caution when wading.
